Based in Lawrenceville, GA, Essential Ingredients is a distributor of specialty chemicals for the Personal Care and HI&I industries. With nearly 100 employees and over $60 million in annual revenue, Ei had reached a crossroads.
As the company reached a new decade, its co-founder and CEO wanted to reimagine the company's core values, which felt tired and stale.
Over several weeks, I engaged with their CEO and Director of People and Culture to develop a handful of "sticky" and authentic core values that would guide the company's culture for decades to come.
