Booster's New
Brand Messaging

As Lead Copywriter and Content Manager at Booster, a fundraising company that's helped 7,500 schools profit more than $600 million in much-needed funds, I worked on a number of high-impact projects.

In 2019, Booster went through a major rebrand. For over a decade, the fundraising organization was known by its school clients as "Boosterthon," which was the name of their premiere fundraising program. Over the years, Booster began to expand into other types of offerings, from custom spirit wear to fundraising software.  
 
To unify its brand and clarify its offerings, Booster hired an outside agency to redesign its logo and rethink its key brand architecture.

As a part of the brand refresh, our creative team took it upon ourselves to revamp the company's brand messaging. Booster was quickly becoming the number one school fundraiser in the county, and we needed to update our voice and tone to reflect the confidence of being a market leader. At the same time, we wanted to retain the same fun, energizing spirit that Booster has always been known for.
 
As the Lead Copywriter and Content Manager, I led the brand messaging process and was principally responsible for creating the new tone and voice that we then applied to all our marketing, sales collateral, and website.  â€‹
